Barcelona ready to release Raphinha?

Various football clubs are showing interest in Raphinha among which Manchester City, Chelsea and Al Hilal are on the top.

Raphinha with his current form is the most favourite choice for the Ballon d'or and it's definitely clear if FC Barcelona wins the UEFA Champions League. FC Barcelona are already on the top of the LaLiga table and have won the Copa Del Rey's dramatic final.

Raphinha's 2024-25 campaign has been a dream and he is looking so great with 43 goals + assists in 43 appearances in LaLiga and UEFA Champions League.

He is currently the both highest goal scorer and assist maker in the UEFA Champions League which itself suggests his influence in the wins for FC Barcelona.

According to this ESPN article and various other sources, Barça has come up with a new contract for Raphinha with just the extension of one year and one optional year with a transfer clause of just €80 million.

Considering Raphinha's exceptional form, he was expecting better and according to sources, he is not happy with the pay raise either.

Al-Hilal has already drafted a deal for Raphinha that would shine his eyes, with a very high pay as well as perks of lifetime. On the other hand, Manchester City and Chelsea are also eyeing for the impactful Raphinha.
