Antonio Rudiger almost hit the referee and might face serious ban!

In the final of the Copa Del Rey between Real Madrid CF and FC Barcelona, the game went into extra time after a score of 2-2. Pedri was the first name on the score sheet for Barcelona followed by Kylian Mbappe with his freekick. Then the second goal came from a header from Aurelien Tcouameni in the 77th minute.

Things were looking bright for Madrid until the goal of Ferran Torres in the 84th minute.

The game went into the extra time and just 4 minutes before the game could go into the penalties, Jules Kounde scored outside of the box because of a loose pass from Luka Modric to Brahim Diaz. 

FC Barcelona players celebrated this goal for around 4 minutes yet the game was given just 2 minutes of extra time.

Antonio Rudiger who was substituted after the equalizer of Ferran Torres by Carlo Anccelotti to introduce more attack into the field. Also, Rudiger was seen having difficulties running in the late minutes of the game.

In the 2 minutes of extra time Kylian Mbappe got the ball and sprinted towards the goal while his right palm slightly caught the face of Iñigo Martínez to which he fell on the ground and started wasting time as well as appealing his case.

The Real Madrid bench got crazy and started shouting at the referee. So, the referee showed a red card to Rudiger and there is no information of any words exchanged but Rudiger got very angry and that anger didn't look like it was for the card shown to him. Antonio Rudiger started throwing ice on the referee as other squad members and support staff were holding him from going towards the referee. 

The way he was looking and moving towards was definitely to get into a fight. We have to wait to find what really happened and there are chances of some action and comment from the governing body as well.
